When you’re happy with what you see and ready to commit to Contact-Solar we ask for a £100 refundable deposit and for a copy of the order form to be returned, it’s a this point that Tony arranges an appointment for either himself or a member of his team to come and visit the property. Tony is fully qualified fitter and a director of the company – if he can’t answer your questions then no-one can. At this point we’ll carry out our risk assessments, take all relevant measurements, check the roof and cable layout and of course answer any outstanding questions that you may have. if both parties are happy a fitting date will be allocated.
Once installed and commission we ask that the final balance is paid within 24 hours, this will then allow our admin team to register your system. Once registered all you need to do is sit back, enjoy the free electricity and wait for the feed in tariff payments to come in.
